Marinated chicken breast smothered in grilled onions &
mushrooms, served over spanish sauce.  With your choice

Lone Star Chimichanga
Giant tortilla filled with grilled steak or chicken, 
beans, topped with grilled onions, spanish sauce & Monterey & cheddar cheese.
Served with sour cream, lettuce & tomatoes.

Chimichangas
Your choice of filling layered in a giant flour tortilla,
deep fried to a golden brown and covered with your choice
of homemade green chile sauce or chili con queso.  Served

Carne Caliente
Tender chunks of sirloin steak sautéed in tomatoes, peppers,
onions, spices and topped with spanish sauce and 
melted cheese. Served with rice, beans and 
flour tortillas. Also available: CALIENTE POLLO.
These dishes are served spicy and hot! But can also be
 ordered MILD.

Tamale Dinner
Three tamales covered with original Texas chili. Served with rice
& beans.

Bistec Tacos (3)
Diced chunks of tender grilled steak or chicken, served
together with minced onion, cilantro & a dash of lime
juice in white corn tortillas, served with rice,
black beans & guacamole.

Tacos Al Carbon
Fresh flour tortillas rolled with a generous portion
of Amigos famous beef or chicken fajitas, served with
Spanish rice and your choice of beans.

  King Ranch Chicken
Originally from the famous King Ranch in Texas, this dish
was a favorite of the ranch hands and later became a favorite
of many Texas families. Ours includes chicken, onions,
peppers, tomatoes, green chiles and spices all layered in
between white corn tortillas and topped with cheese.
Served with our vegetarian black beans, carrots and
fresh guacamole.

Chicken Parilla
Marinated chicken breast, charbroiled to perfection, topped with
melted cheese.  Served over rice & garnished with guacamole,
beans and tostada cup of spanish rice.

Texas Chicken Flautas
Four corn tortillas rolled with chicken, cheese and onions
and grilled crisp and served over green chile sauce.
Served with Spanish rice & refried beans.
